SMEcentric work with the Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) Program and Microsoft’s Academy Program to recruit the best graduates for both internal SMEcentric vacancies and roles within other businesses. We also recruit candidates who have reached the same certification level via Cisco and Microsoft training partners. Every individual is interviewed and profiled by SMEcentric to understand their skills and strengths and the type of work they are looking for. Our aim is to provide permanent and temporary positions within SMEcentric and our partners. We also provide additional training for specific projects.
How does it work?
Utilising the SMEcentric Lifecycle methodology, we take your skills profile, provide additional soft skills training or product training (where required), then match to opportunities in our database, whether it is for sales, technical support, project implementation, customer demonstrations or any requirement requiring qualified Cisco/Microsoft trained skills.
We will discuss the opportunities with you, if suitable provide a short-list of suitable candidate profiles, to the client, they then meet and interview you.
Roles can be on a short term contract basis (3 to 6 months), in these cases we handle the employment, pay etc or additionally they are permanent positions.
