Support Academy Case Study
SMEcentric is currently working in partnership with the East
Midlands Chamber of Commerce where we are working with the Leicester Shire Economic Partnership (LSEP) to create the “Support Academy” program to accelerate and support the deployment of broadband in around 170 SMEs.

SMEcentric are delivering the Support Academy program in partnership with the Cisco Networking Academies Program, SkyNet Systems and BT.
Support Academy is providing SMEs for free:
- Seminars that explain and demonstrate the benefits of broadband
- Consultations at their premises to gather requirements on their current ICT systems and their business needs
- Written solution proposals
- Onsite engineer to implement the solution and train the SMEs staff how to use it
